Grilled Chicken with Honey Mustard Dressing


  • 250 grams chicken thighs skin-on boneless (8.8 ounces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 80 grams baby greens (2.8 ounces)
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot mustard (optional)
